Thirsty Crow Story
Once upon a time
Once there was a crow. It was a hot summer day. He was very thirsty. A thirsty crow flew into a village in search of water. The crow flew over the houses, fields, and trees. But he could not find water anywhere. He looked around for water to drink, but could not find any water source. The crow started feeling weak because there was no water. He started searching for water. After long hours of labor and effort. He found a pitcher under a tree. He flew down and sat on the pitcher. He looked inside the pitcher he was very happy. He saw there was a little water in it. But it was at the bottom of the pitcher. He could not reach it.
The crow was very clever. He taught a plan. The crow then started searching for a few stones. He saw some stones nearby. He brought some stones in his beak.
The crow repeated the process of flying to the pebbles, picking one of them, then flying back to the pot and dropping them one by one. He dropped one by one into the pitcher. The level of water rose slowly.
The crow was very much happy and he rapidly dipped his beak in the pot of water and started drinking from it. The crow then drank the water and quenched his thirst. Then the sweet-hearted crow also invited other thirsty birds to drink water with him. So, we can understand from the crow story that by doing some brain work along with a little hard work, you can achieve anything you want to or aim for. Crow flew away.
Moral of the Story: God helps those who help themselves
