Cooking Geotjeori

[Cooking]
1. Remove the stem from the cabbage and separate the leaves.
2. Slice the leaves diagonally to include both leafy and stem portions.
3. Cut the green onions into 5cm pieces.
4. Rinse the cabbage thoroughly and let it drain in a colander.
5. Mix the anchovy sauce, garlic, salted shrimp, red pepper powder, sugar, and corn syrup to make the sauce.
6. Combine the cabbage, green onions, and sauce.
※ If it’s too bland, add more shrimp or red pepper powder.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix thoroughly to finish.

Cooking Pakimchi

1. Wash the green onions thoroughly and drain.
2. Pour 100ml of fish sauce over the white parts of the green onions. Flip them and pour the remaining 100ml.
※ Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Peel and roughly chop the pear and onion.
4. Blend the pear, onion, ginger powder, salted shrimp solids (2T), and plum extract (5T) in a blender.
5. Add the fish sauce from the green onions to a bowl and mix with the blended paste and 1 cup of red pepper powder.
6. Sprinkle 50ml of red pepper powder over the white parts of the green onions and mix gently.
7. Pour the prepared paste over the green onions and coat thoroughly. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.

Cooking Suyuk

1. Chop the green onion and half an onion into large pieces.
2. In a pot, add 700ml of water, green onion, soybean paste, onion, garlic, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Once boiling, add half a packet of coffee grounds.
4. Add the green tea bag (without the paper) and simmer for 1 minute before removing the tea bag.
5. Slice the pork belly into manageable portions and add to the pot. Boil on high heat for 10 minutes until cooked through.
