Cone Transport System (CTS) - Indo Texnology

The Cone Transport System is a complete automation line for the packing department in a spinning mill. Starting from picking of the finished packages from the auto winders to packing them in the required format (Bags, boxes, pallets).

Cone Transport System suitable for:
1. Ring Spinning - Autowinder
2. Airjet Spinning
3. Rotor Spinning

Process:
- Cone/cheese picking from the autowinder/autoconer/linkconer or airjet or rotor machines.
- Transportation of cones to the packing area in the spinning mill.
- Camera vision based cone inspection for package defects and count-wise sorting.
- Count wise palletisation of the cones or cheese.
- Conditioning of the cones (Optional).
- De-palletisation of cones into the Auto Cone Pack system (Automatic cone packing system).
- Polythene wrapping.
- Packing to the required formats: i. Box (Cartons) ii. Bag (Sacks) iii. Pallets
