What a long road this one has been. I estimated 1 hour plus parts for the repair. It has turned into soooo much more. I have probably 4+ hours plus parts into this unit but only charged the customer for a total of $150 for the entire repair. I did repair the VCR (system control) power supply only to find out that the VCR belts were TOAST. After the belt replacement, mode switch cleaning, and tape path cleaning it is once again repaired.
