Ingredients :

Step1:
Chicken-1/2kg
Kashmiri red chili powder-2tsp
Meat masala-1tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Ginger-garlic crush paste-2tsp
Vinegar -1tbspn
Salt to taste
Coconut oil-2tsp

Step2:
Coconut-1cup(grated)
Onion-1small(sliced)
Curry leaves
Green chili-5-7(whole )
Kashmiri red chili powder-1tsp
Meat masala -1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/4tsp
Garam masala powder-1/4tsp
Salt to taste

Other:
Coconut oil to fry

Method:
1.Mix everything in step 1, cover and keep marinate chicken for2hours.
after 2hours fry it well.. fry each sides for 5-10mins, Place each piece of chicken once oil is hot then keep low-medium flame, cover the lid and cook it... after 5-10mins flip it to other side and cook it in same procedure. After that drain chicken pieces and keep in a strainer to remove excess oil.
2.Marinate all in step2 and fry it in the same oil which we cooked chicken, keep low-medium flame, fry coconut mixture till it turns crispy bright red....
3.Once it cook well mix fried chicken and here its ready....
