Wyspa Sobieszewska - najpiękniejsze plaże Gdańska / Sobieszewo Island - beautiful beaches of Gdansk

Wyspa Sobieszewska – największa pod względem powierzchni i zarazem najbardziej wysunięta na wschód dzielnica Gdańska. Wyspa położona nad Zatoką Gdańską, otoczona jest od południa wodami Martwej Wisły, od zachodu Śmiałej Wisły a od wschodu Przekopem Wisły. Na wyspie Sobieszewskiej można znaleźć najdłuższą i jednocześnie bardzo szeroką plażę w Gdańsku. Jej odległość od centrum miasta sprawia również że plaże nie sa tak oblegane i można tam znaleźc odrobinę spokoju. Szcególnie po sezonie letnim.

Sobieszewo Island - the largest and easternmost district of Gdańsk in terms of area. The island, located by the Bay of Gdańsk, is surrounded by the waters of the Martwa Wisła to the south, the Śmiała Wisła to the west and the Wisła to the east. On Sobieszewska Island you can find the longest and very wide beach in Gdańsk. Distance from the city center also means that the beaches are not so crowded and you can find a bit of peace there. Especially after the summer season.
