Soft, shortbread cookies filled with rich, creamy homemade dulce de leche and rolled in sweet, shredded coconut — these classic cookies are tender, delicate and absolutely addictive. Perfect for holidays, coffee breaks or anytime you're craving something sweet and simple to make.

Ingredients:

14 oz sweetened condensed milk
9 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1½ cups cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Bake at 325°F for 10—12 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
