CHANGING MY TRANSFORMER WELLNESS PLANNER SETUP!

Hey everybody! Thank you for being here! Today I show you how I am switching out the “wellness warrior” section of my Wellness transformer planner. It’s pretty confusing, but in a nutshell I basically take out the previous planner (the Wellness Warrior), and switch it out for the new Jungle Vibes Colorblock layout planner.

I also wanted to change the metal discs, so that meant I had to take the entire transformer planner off of them, and put it back together on the new ones.
