The SJ series extruder pelletizing system is a specialized and reliable system for recycling and pelletizing the film bags flakes or rigid plastic scraps.It is an efficiency and continuous system that makes rigid plastics or soft flakes,such as PP/PE/ABS/PS/PA flakes,crushed plastics into granules with melting,plasticization,vacuum degassing and filtration and pelletizing.The machine adopts natural degassing or vaccum degassing adopting for moisture.Pelletizing method:water-ring cutting or strand cutting.

Features:
The pelletizing line is used for PP PE ABS PA PS PET crushed material extruding and granule-making. It adopt the two-step structure to meet the the double-layer filter purpose. It can effectively remove the impurities from the recycling material and fully exhaust the gas.It can produce ample,consolidated and fine luster granules.

Screw Feeder
