This is a refreshing dessert which is a must try!

Ingredients
6 medium size oranges (1 litre of orange juice)
1 pack of agar agar powder (10g)
120g raw sugar

Direction
• Cut the oranges into halves and squeeze the juice out (1 litre)
• clean up the “shells” of the oranges and set aside
• Pour the orange juice into a pot, add agar agar powder and raw sugar, stir it to a boil
• Drain the jelly juice and pour them into the orange shells
• Cool down, refrigerate and ready to be served
