In preparation to be out at sea for a few days, we wanted to have power generation to run our electronics, so we decided to upgrade the old janky panels that originally came with the boat and replace them. With zero solar experienced, we tackled a project to keep us energized by the sun. We successfully installed two 50 watt and one 100 watt panels on our 1977 Pacific Seacraft Mariah sailboat.
