Doug Lane, of Barrington, Rhode Island, lost his wife, Christine, and his 16-year-old son, Spencer in the January midair collision at Reagan National Airport.

He spoke at a news conference announcing a lawsuit against the FAA, the Army, American Airlines and PSA Airlines.
