THE HUMAN BEING, THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ITS ENVIRONMENT AND ITS ESSENCE, ITS SOUL AND OTHERS.


When the external enters and the internal leaves, a connection takes place that gives rise to the beginning of a process of inner evolution.



"To integrate" means to complete a whole, to finish forming something. Incorporate what is missing. Comprehend.



'We are incomplete, fragmented, unfinished, divided, excluded and separated. IT'S TIME TO RECONCILE. What we call "integration" within the environment of personal development, is a process guided by the word, dialogue and psycho-emotional and bodily dynamics that aims to bring in what has happened outside (internalize and understand) and bring out what it has happened within (externalize and put into practice). Integration is bidirectional, since the life environment we have must enter in our hearts to reconcile us, and from our soul we can take away the treasures we discover within to share what we truly are with others. The interior of each one is the nucleus where what comes from outside arrives and from where what is going to be expressed comes out. To integrate is to accompany that process of inner evolution in such a way that it becomes an authentic technology for human transformation.



Every Sunday, our team of mentors and residents of our Conscious Communities open up and share this space live in which they integrate themselves, in relation to everything that happened throughout the week, giving rise to the emergence of deep understandings related to coexistence and relationships between people who share the same family, professional and personal nucleus.



This space is also open to the participation of all those who want to share their own experience and receive live support, either because they have participated in an Inner Mastery retreat, Conscious School module or Alverto on Air workshops.
