Don Anand Mohan is all set to be released after the Bihar government issued notification of his release from prison. The state government issued the notification on Monday after the Rajya Dandadesh Parihar Parishad (RDPP) recommended their release at its meeting held on April 20, the relevant notification said. The opposition alleged that prison rules have been 'tweaked' for the don.
