Big Larry is located just west of Ruby River Range Outpost at the bridge.

Time of Day - Day
Rod - Graduation (Feeder)
Reel - Tieftaucher (Spinning)
Line - 44.09 lbs (Braided)
Hook Size - 4/0
Sinker - Stone
Bait - Cheese
Technique - If possible look for him first then cast near him and wait, a minute at most. If you can't see him it should only take about a minute before he bites otherwise try casting again within the target area.
Note - Above is what gear I used. Gear less stronger may work but will take longer to reel in.
