Hi there to all my Gatchaman aka Battle of the planets fans
I Scratch-built these birds over 5-6 years. They measure 53.75 Inch Long with a wingspan of 53 Inches, Flying weight of 5.7lbs and powered 2 70mm Dr Mad thrust EDF's The God-Pheonix SST transports from the 1972 Japanese Anime TV Show Gatchaman or Battle of the Planets presented by Sandy Frank in the U.S. in the late 1970's
The fact that she only flew 200Ft on her 2nd flight is a TOTAL success!
and she is being repaired and will fly again soon.
