The 15th UK–Africa Business, Trade & Investment Summit 2025 successfully concluded in London, marking another milestone in advancing trade, investment, and innovation between the United Kingdom, Africa, and the global diaspora.

Hosted by The Promota Africa Ltd under the leadership of Mr. Willy Mutenza, the Summit brought together an exceptional delegation of ministers, ambassadors, investors, private sector leaders, and development partners to explore practical pathways for sustainable growth across the continent.

Bilateral discussions underscored growing collaboration between the UK and African economies, with particular focus on Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda.

2️⃣ Investment Frontiers
Sessions spotlighted key growth sectors including agro-industrialisation, tourism, minerals, renewable energy, fintech, and infrastructure, positioning Africa as the next frontier for responsible investment.

3️⃣ Policy & Innovation Dialogue
Leaders such as Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga, Prof. Luis Franceschi, Lord Dolar Popat, and Prof. Augustus Nuwagaba called for rule-based investment frameworks, education reform, and digital inclusion to build resilient economies.

4️⃣ Diaspora Engagement
The Ugandan and African diaspora were urged to invest back home, leveraging new dual citizenship opportunities, improved financial access, and direct flight connectivity between London Gatwick and Entebbe via Uganda Airlines.
