Chicken Zinger Karahi
Ingredients
• 300 g Zinger chicken (half cooked)
• 1/4 cup cooking oil
• 1 tsp garlic (minced)
• 1/4 cup milk cream
• 1/4 cup yogurt
• 2 small onions (sliced)
• 1 tomato (chopped)
• 4 green chilies (chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger (minced)
• 2 tsp garam masala
• Fresh coriander (for garnishing)
Instructions
1. Heat the cooking oil in a karahi (wok) over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the mixture, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
5. Now, add the half-cooked Zinger chicken to the karahi and stir well to combine.
6. Sprinkle in the garam masala and mix thoroughly to coat the chicken with the spices.
7. Reduce the heat to low and add the yogurt and milk cream, stirring to create a rich sauce.
8. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
9. Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander.
