Corn Tamales Ingredients
1 Dozen Fresh Corn
1 Cup Melted Shortening
1 Tbs Salt + 1/2 Teaspoon
Queso Fresco, Medium Cheddar, Or long Horn Cheese (Desired Amount)
Roasted Anaheim Chile (Desired Amount)
Save Fresh Corn Husk to wrap tamales
