Chitra Aravindhan, along with his three friends Aarthi, Thambesh and Harish, runs a YouTube channel called "Barking Dogs". They focus on making parodies and political satires, for which they receive lakhs of views. One day, a young woman dies by suicide; the team finds out that her death was caused by corrupt officials. Therefore, they protest demanding justice. The police arrest them, and they eventually get bailed out by Chitra's girlfriend, Disha. She lectures them that they cannot make changes to the country on their own. Soon, they begin a campaign titled "Come Back Indian", because they think that only Senapathy alias "Indian Thatha" can stop the corruption once and for all.

Nilesh spots Senapathy in Taipei and finds out that he is running a martial arts school there, teaching Varma kalai. Nilesh urges him to return to India, which he eventually does. He firstly attacks corrupt individuals in Gujarat and Odisha. Afterwards, Senapathy urges his followers and the public to expose corrupt individuals in their respective states through the Gandhian manner, while he will uphold the ideals of Subhas Chandra Bose. However, this decision backfires and Senapathy, along with the Barking Dogs, become the most-wanted people in the country.
