You Are Taking Life Too Seriously and Here's Why You Shouldn't

When we go to the movies, we expect to be sucked into the illusion of the film. If the special effects are cheesy and unsophisticated, they pull us out of the illusion and we'll go to the box office and demand our money back.

And yet, we are all living in an incredible illusion, the special effects are flawless, and the experience is so good that we forget entirely that it is all just a show. We have a narrator in our mind, we are the star of our own movie, and sometimes it's a comedy and sometimes it's a tragedy. But it is always well-written, perfectly acted, and beautifully produced.

In today's YouTube video, I share some ways we can sneak behind the curtain, go behind the scenes, and see what's beyond the screen. When we expand our awareness to the theater of life, nothing seems so serious, nothing is so stressful, and we can just sit back and enjoy the show. Here's how we can do exactly that.
