Ingredients:
For Beef Patty:
5 Green Chilies
13-15 Garlic Cloves
Small pieces of Ginger
(Grind all together to form a paste)
1/2 kg Beef Mince (with fat for juiciness)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
1 Small Onion (grounded & water squeezed out)
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
Burger Cheese Slices
For Burger Sauce:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard Paste
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Hot Sauce
Salt & Black Pepper (as per taste)
Other Ingredients:
Burger Buns
Iceberg Lettuce
Butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions:
🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Beef Patties
Grind green chilies, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste.
In a bowl, mix beef mince, ground onion (water squeezed out), salt, black pepper, white pepper, breadcrumbs, and the prepared chili-garlic paste.
Form thin beef patties (make slightly larger than the bun size as they shrink while cooking).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes for better binding.

5. Heat a pan or griddle on high heat.
6. Place the beef patty and immediately smash it down with a spatula for a crispy edge.
7. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
8. Add burger cheese on top and let it melt.

9. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.

10. Toast burger buns with a little butter.
11. Spread burger sauce on both sides of the bun.
12. Place iceberg lettuce on the bottom bun.
13. Add smash beef patty with melted cheese.
14. Cover with the top bun.
