55km | Johar Valley (मिलम ग्लेशियर) Trek | Chapter 4

Get ready for an unforgettable journey to the heart of the Himalayas! In this fourth episode of our Johar Valley trek, we continue our adventure from Milam village to the magnificent Milam Glacier, the second-largest glacier in India, located on the 🏔️ #trishuli Trishuli mountain peak. Join Parvat Vasi as we explore breathtaking landscapes, witness the origin of the Gori Ganga River, and enjoy the serenity of the Himalayas. The total trek is 110 Kms (55 Km one side). 🏞️

Our Journey:
Milam Glacier Expedition:
Starting our day from Milam village, we trekked towards the Milam Glacier, one of the most stunning and serene spots in the region. 🌟 The sight of the Gori Ganga River originating from the glacier was truly mesmerizing. 🌊 Along the way, a stray dog joined us, adding a touch of unexpected companionship to our journey. 🐕

Lunch with a View:
We found a peaceful spot near the glacier to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. 🍛 Enjoying rice and dal while gazing at the majestic glacier was a moment of pure bliss. 🌅

Return to Milam Village and Onwards to Ganghar:
After spending time at the glacier, we headed back to Milam village and then continued our trek to Ganghar village. There, we stayed in an abandoned house, cooked our food, and rested for the night, preparing for the next leg of our journey. 🏠
