I don’t want to, but I am giving this book 5 stars.

What did I just read? Please tell me that there aren’t more dysfunctional families than what Darby wrote about! In the Acknowledgments Darby states she dealt with divorces, custody battles and family traumas on a daily basis, please tell me she didn’t see worse than what she wrote in this book!

There are numerous twists and turns in this book and I didn’t see any of them coming! Don’t even think that you can connect and like any character in this book….NONE of them! But, it does get tied up in a pretty little bow at the end.

I gave this book 5 stars because she wrote a thriller that I could not put down and all the twists made sense but weren’t what I thought was going to happen.

If you love twisty thrillers then you better find time to read this one!

Great job Darby, great job! This is your best one yet and I’ve read all of your previous books and will continue reading your books!
