The Gujarat High Court recently criticised a postgraduate medical student, Dr. Vaghani, for challenging his suspension over a ragging incident and warned of imposing a fine. Following this, the doctor withdrew his petition. The incident occurred at Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Medical Education Trust (AMC MET)-affiliated Narendra Modi Medical College, where four senior doctors were suspended for ragging junior doctors
