Small businesses — particularly pubs, hospitality venues, and local employers — are being crushed by a state that prioritises its own salaries, pensions, and an unsustainable welfare system over those who actually generate wealth. These new business rate revaluations will cause bankruptcies, hollow out town centres, and inflict long-term damage on the British economy.

In response, we’ve tabled an Early Day Motion in Parliament and launched an open letter to the Chancellor. This is about fairness, common sense, and preserving the economic structures that hold Britain together.
