Eurycoma longifolia is a medicinal plant found in South East Asia. It is commonly called Tongkat Ali or Malaysia ginsneng, and is traditionally used as a general health tonic, adaptogen, and “anti-aging” remedy to help older individuals adapt to the reduced energy, mood, and libido that often comes with age.
