SAMARPAN

Описание к видео SAMARPAN

SAMARPAN means ‘offering’, ‘total surrender’. This is an initiative by the alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Institutions (Sri Sathya Sai Students) as an offering in their loving gratitude to Swami. For Sai Students, Swami is their parent, guru, friend, philosopher, guide and God. All initiatives organized are with total surrender to Bhagwan, whose divine guidance has helped them achieve several small and big milestones. Hence, ‘total surrender’ to His Will. Samarpan is a platform for students & staff, devotees and alumni to re-connect with their Lord. A platform where senior devotees share their personal experiences with the Lord.

Sri. Harishkrishan Balasubramanian has kindly agreed to address us at the 143rd session of Brindavan Samarpan. Sri. Harish was born and brought up in Chennai. Bhagawan arrived in his life as a photograph when he was around 7 years old, through the medium of his newly wed aunt and uncle. Sri. Harish studied B.E. (Electronics and Communication) at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, University of Madras, between 1999-2003. He joined Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL), Prasanthi Nilayam, in 2003 for pursuing M.B.A. After completing M.B.A. in 2005, he worked with the Sri Sathya Sai Sadhana Trust, Prasanthi Nilayam, till 2012. Working as a Manager in the Web Department there, he was instrumental in enabling a static website into a dynamic user experience providing e-commerce platform. Currently, he works as Senior Manager at Walmart Global Tech India, Bengaluru.

Sri. Harish was blessed to be of physical service to our beloved Bhagawan in His Divine residence from 2005 onwards. He was fortunate to travel to Kodaikanal, Mumbai, Hadshi and Chennai with Swami. While on these trips, he had several firsthand interactions with Swami. During one of the Kodaikanal trips, our beloved Bhagawan told him, "Tujhe itna diya. Tu nahi samjha" (Translation : I gave you so much. You did not understand)

Let us join with our family and friends for this month’s satsang session as the speaker recounts from his treasure trove of wonderful personal experiences with Bhagawan and lessons learnt at the Divine Lotus Feet of our beloved Swami.
