2. Select the customer.
3. Enter the credit note number and date.

5. Enter the credit amount and ledger account.
6. Add a reasonnarration.
7. Save the credit note.

To Create a debit note in BUSY
1. Go to 'Vouchers Debit Note.
2. Select the party.
3. Enter the debit note number and date.
4. Provide original invoice details.
5. Enter the debit amount and ledger account.
6. Add a reason narration.
7. Save the debit note.
