True review of centurion pro trimmer

They didn't pay me to make this review .Instead of a fluff piece you can see how it fails miserably.

Hello , spent the week end contemplating your offer . I found it to be insulting and self serving . #1 the shipping cost x2 and I bet dollars to doughnuts it will be my fault . #2 for 3k the drum coating should not come off .This is supposed industrial grade equipment why is the coating so weak ? In the photos I sent it's obvious the coating is coming off at the weld and holes , to anyone this is a sign that your product is defective . You could actually drink the soap that was used . Another thing I care not about 49 other tumblers that don't have a problem ,that's not a valid argument in this discussion.
I would like you to replace the dry tumbler and send it out .
Another thing , your coating was all ready coming off the tumbler out of the box . It was damaged on the end , the coating was peeling off . I never would imagine the coating would continue to come off . It was never even touched by a brush , rag or any scrubbing at all . It is defective .
Included in he directions it is illegal to ship the machine after it has been used .I hope every one can see centurions get up and total failure in every step from stat to finish .
#1 the space between he basket and the drum .It"s a design flaw . Yes you product falls out and the bar blocks the drum . You lose nothing except you time continually picking your product up .
#2 It was filmed outdoors to get a clear view of the flaws . Yes it is used indoors .
#3 As i clearly pointed out ,my contact with Centurion was answered with short ignorance and a pre judgement of my problem .No return call like I was told .as pointed out all that being said why would you want to be involved with centurion if you had just one of these issues ?
#4 the coating on the drum IS NOT TEFLON IT IS A RUBBERIZED COATING EASILY SCRAPED OFF WITH A FINGERNAIL.
