ROHAI OKINANWAN V SOO BAHK DO (KOREAN)

Sean and I are back again this week to share our passion for everything karate. Today we are presenting Rohai, a form which is taught around 2nd to 3rd dan.
This video is to show the differences in the way we move for our forms, we enjoy sharing and training together. It makes us better martial artists to be accepting of different ''styles'' and methodology. The structure is there, and we will be exploring more application and in-depth analysis of this Kata in the future.
I did do a break of three roof tiles, unfortunately, our new camera man was not recording at the time. Regardless I still enjoyed it and I'm sure they did to.
