How to Determine Property Value | Home Valuation Like a Pro

Don’t know how to determine property value? If not, it’s best to start learning since you’ll NEED to know a home valuation before you buy, flip, or wholesale any real estate deal. While many apps and software promise highly accurate valuation numbers, the most accurate form of a valuation will be one done by an appraiser, an agent, or yourself.

Anson walks through the three parts of accurately coming up with a home’s value, all of which can be done inexpensively and often from the comfort of your own home. This is one of the real estate muscles that you’ll need to get reps in before you can start taking on bigger and better deals. Next time you’re around an experienced agent, wholesaler, or flipper, ask them what they think a house is worth, you’ll most likely get a surprisingly accurate ballpark figure!
