Gran Turismo 2: The Best Starter Cars [Remade]

I went back and did a remake of my original "best starter car" list for Gran Turismo 2. I decided to do a remake for a few reasons:
1. My original video is now 5 years old and thus I think a remake is in order.
2. After the multiple comments I've gotten on it from fellow GT fans telling me cars they liked using, I realized that I really missed out on some cars. A Remake seemed like the perfect chance to give some cars I missed deserving recognition.
3. There were some errors I made in the original video like forgetting to disable resample on Vegas, causing the blur effect on the footage. Now, I made sure I fixed that. I also used a 16:9 aspect ratio, which just stretched the footage of the gameplay. Now, I'm going back to 4:3 or close, but I put some GT2 wallpaper on as a backdrop.
4. When I posted that original list, I initially was lazy and used Youtube's old annotations system to give context on why I picked each car. That didn't age well, but I had no idea that Youtube would be stupid and disable the old annotations feature. Now, I just decided to use text boxes like on my other list videos.

Okay, now you know why I did a remake of a video from 5 years ago; I'll elaborate on things I mentioned in this video.
1. I'm strictly against using gold prize cars as yes, they're are no doubt the best cars to start with. However, that is only if you have the skill and patience the Gold the license tests. I wanted to keep this list to cars everyone could get at the start within the 10,000 cr budget.
2. To add to that point, they also take out some of the fun when starting a Gran Turismo career. One of my favorite parts of a GT game is being able to experiment and test multiple cars that you can start with and finding the best one. Basically making the most out of what you got. Using the Gold Prize Cars would just take that away.
3. The cars in question have to be bought under 10,000 cr as that how most people will start the career. No cheat codes to add more money here or make everything free.
4. To continue on my point in making the most of what you got, I placed cars on this list based on how well they can take on A.I. cars in respective races. This includes with upgrades if there's money left afterwards, but only what you can get on day 1 before any races.
5. I stuck to day-1 only as if I'm honest, you can actually do fairly well with most cars at the start of career, so you can get 1 or 2 wins to fund more upgrades to make almost any car at the start good against A.I. opponents. This day-1 rule was to pick out which cars are the most competitive against faster A.I. opponents and see how far they can get with very little.

Side Notes:
- My brain for some reason was falling asleep when I was editing this thing as I kept getting side-tracked. Which is partially why it took longer than I intended to compete this.
- Since I had a sleepy brain, I also had the video rendered and uploaded yesterday to only find out I forgot to fix the aspect ratio on some footage for one car. I didn't want to upload the video close to midnight, so I choose to wait until this morning to make that fix. Plus doing some checks before uploading the video.
- For the AE86 Trueno in the honorable mentions, it doesn't have to just be the Trueno. Any AE86 you buy at the start will be fairly okay in races. I've test a few AE86s and I found them to be fine, I just thought the other Toyotas I menioned were better. I also just didn't want to put more than 3 cars per make in the main list (and I already had 3 Toyotas listed).
