Avocado Malai Cham Cham

Servings - 8

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1.5 litres
Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Water - 500 milliliters
Water - 700 milliliters
Sugar - 300 grams
Avocado - 130 grams
Desiccated coconut - 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
Condensed milk - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried rose petals - for garnishing
Saffron strands - for garnishing
Silver verk - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a heavy skillet, add 1.5 litres milk and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and stir continuously until the milk starts to curdle.
3. Remove it from heat and strain it.
4. Add 500 milliliters water and cover it.
5. Squeeze it tightly so extra water comes out.
6. Place it on a clean surface and knead it into a dough.
7. Take a ball form prepared dough and shape it into a Cham Cham.
8. Place it on a plate and keep aside.
9. In a heavy skillet, add 700 milliliters water, 300 gram sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved completely.
10. Add prepared Cham Cham and cover it with lid. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes on medium heat.
11. Open the lid and stir well. Remove it from heat.
12. In a blender, add 130 grams avocado, 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk powder, 1 tablespoon condensed milk, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and blend it well.
13. On a board, place prepared Cham Cham and make a slit on it.
14. Add blended mixture on it.
15. Garnish with dried rose petals, saffron strands and silver verk.
16. Serve.
