🚨 171 ARRESTS, 60 DEPORTATIONS: UK IMMIGRATION CRACKDOWN ON ILLEGAL WORKING (DELIVERY / GIG ECONOMY WARNING)
The BBC has reported a major UK Immigration Enforcement sweep: 171 people arrested and 60 already facing deportation. The Home Office is now using data-sharing, facial recognition and GPS to target “Ghost Riders” – people working illegally under someone else’s Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat or other gig account.
In this video, Immigration Solicitor Sajjad Kayani (nearly 20 years’ experience in complex immigration, detention and human rights work) explains the law, the technology, the risks, and the emergency legal steps you must take if you, a family member or an employee is involved.
Watch to the end for the defence strategy: Immigration Bail (Schedule 10), Asylum/Human Rights claims, Judicial Review, and how to protect your future under section 3C of the Immigration Act 1971.
