The instrument features an ensemble of seven Violins recorded in a warm vintage studio with three vintage microphones (Royer, Neumann and AKGs). The specific studio is 100% wood-based, so the sound is deliciously warm and sweet. A rich and vibrant tone. Not too dry. Not too wet.

Disco Strings UDS™ features a variety of novel sample technologies, including round-robin legato- and run-building legato. Every possible type of traditional multi-samples from emotional sustains to a wealth of short notes. All utilize our advanced morph-share technology for better playability and emotional realism.
