Clean energy and energy efficiency are among the fastest growing fields in the country. Governor Mills has set a goal of more than doubling Maine's clean energy jobs to 30,000 by 2030, which will make Maine more energy independent, grow good-paying careers, and support the fight against climate change. Growing Maine's clean energy economy is a critical part of the state climate action plan, Maine Won’t Wait.
