I thought I was prepared for an medical emergency. I thought I had the best insurance possible.

Well, I’ve discovered it’s all lies and I will make sure to find the right insurance for ALL of us!

The truth is Mexico is has been AMAZING for me and my family. The care that has been received has been outstanding.

I learned State hospitals here in Mexico offers free insurance to citizens who pay into social security. We are not yet citizens. So we paid cash for our treatment because they don’t accept insurance so I have been trying to get reimbursed for the week long stay in the hospital.

I contacted my rep from vumi and received no response. I tried to call the number for the rep but it now disconnected. I called the claims department and each time they tell me they will call me in 15 minutes. I have been calling since May 23....it’s not June 5.

I won’t stop until I have answers.....
