For 5 years, BTS has struggled to be where they are now. Five years full of trials, hardships and uncertainties... but in that same span of time, BTS has worked so hard to make a name for themselves. They have striven to become their best selves, inspiring people and being a source of strength for them in the process. They've come so far, and we've been together for a long time now. However, there's this fear. I'm sure it crossed your mind at least once, and I'm also sure BTS knows about it too. It’s the fear of having to let go of everything that we have. Maybe it's too far from the present time, but someday, BTS is going to have their last stage, their last performance, and their last, "2! 3! Hello, we are BTS!" Think of that. I’m not saying this to make you all sad, it’s the message of the song, after all. That we can’t be “young forever.” That someday, someone has to let go... That’s exactly why we have to make the most out of everything. It’s okay to feel such fears, as long as we’ll keep on cherishing and looking forward to the memories we will create while we still have time. For that reason, I want to take this moment to say thank you to BTS and ARMY. Thank you so much, BTS, for letting us into your lives, for being inspirations to countless of people (me included), for being such great people who hold a significant role in our lives. Thank you as well, ARMY. Even before I became part of the fandom, you were all so nice to me. And when I did become an ARMY myself, you guys welcomed me with open arms and treated me no different. Times like these are when I can truly say that words cannot express how I feel. But I believe you all understand what I’m trying to say even if my “letter” right here was really short, because we’re connected by something far greater than the usual “idol and fan” bond. :) ♡ I doubt you’ll ever see this, but happy 5th anniversary BTS. We ARMYs love you to the pluto and back. Lol!
