When You Should & Should NOT Use A Courtesy Turn

Do you do a courtesy turn before your down-and-back in the show ring? If so, we ask you… why? There are a few reasons you could use a courtesy turn, but we want to make sure that you DO have a reason for a courtesy turn… for example, your dog paces or they were distracted by something in the ring and need time to re-adjust. But, more likely, the reasons you shouldn’t do a courtesy turn apply to you and your dog. Tune in to today’s video to find out when Allison recommends you DO, but more likely do NOT, use a courtesy turn.
