Hi friends,
Meeting all of you after a very long time. Thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement to my Jus bass series.
A very talented friend and Bass player named Illaiya has bought this new 4 string Bass, a Sire V3 and wanted me to play a song on it. Finally we made it today.
The guitar is excellent and I loved the round tone very much, a 4 string has its own advantages which is so special.
It was he who suggested this song, from the movie Aruvadai Naal (1986) sung by Chitra ma'am and its a iconic song which is very much loved for the Bassline played so beautifully and smoothly by our Sasi Anna. One such song that any Bass player will love to learn and play. Even if I were to get little close to what he's played will be a big achievement for me.
The video also was taken by Illaiya and thanks to him for coming over today and helping me to do this.
Hardly finding time to do covers these days and without his initiative it would not been possible for me to do this today.
