Apple Facts | Facts About Apple for Kids

It that time of year where everyone decides to go apple picking. And we did just that this weekend up in Warwick New York.

Every year we always go to our favorite apple orchard so this year we knew that we not only would go apple picking but why not make this trip into a fun and educational trip also.

As a teacher I know that the month of September is a very popular "apple month" in the classroom. From baking applesauce with my students to writing about their favorite apple. It seems the whole month revolves around apples.
