#The_DJI_Mavic_3 is a leap forward for folding drones, but one that currently comes with a few caveats. In many ways, it's everything drone fans could hope for, with an excellent Four Thirds camera, adjustable aperture, boosted battery life, and improved collision avoidance, all packed into a bundle that's lighter than the #Mavic_2_Pro. But the Mavic 3 is also missing some software features at launch, which won't arrive until a firmware update in January 2022, and has a price tag that non-professionals might find hard to justify.

Here's what's new:
Dual-camera system that features a custom Hasselblad L2D-20c aerial camera. It has a 4/3 CMOS sensor with a 24 mm prime lens and a 28x hybrid zoom telephoto lens.
First DJI drone that can transmit live 1080p/60 fps video from the drone to the controller.
Support for Apple ProRes 422 HQ and H.264/H.265 with video capabilities up to 5.1K @ 50 fps, DCI 4K @ 120 fps, 4K @ 120 fps.
Thanks to new, enhanced sensors, the improved vision sensing system can detect items from .5 to 200 meters.
46 minutes of flight time (5,000 mAh battery).
