Scientific Name: Acrobates pygmaeus, Acrobates frontalis, Distoechurus pennatus
Range: New Guinea and eastern Australia
Habitat: wet and dry forests
Size: 6 to 10 inches (15 to 25 cm) including tail!
Diet: nectar, pollen, insects and other invertebrates, sap, honeydew, flowers
Threats: ravens, owls, snakes, monitor lizards, sugar gliders,ghost bats, etc.
Lifespan: 5+ years
