材料 ingredients
6条沙丁鱼6 sardin fish
2汤匙辣椒酱 2 tbsp chilli boh
1.5-2汤匙豆瓣酱 2 tbsp minced taucu (soybean paste)
2汤匙 2 tbsp minced garlic
1-2茶匙糖 1-2 tsp sugar
1茶匙酱油 1 tsp soy sauce
半茶匙薯粉/玉米粉勾芡 Half tsp tapioca/ corn flour to velvet the sauce
