Due to security reasons, we could not cover some very important places including Gwadar International Airport, Gwadar Cantonment Area, Sangar Housing project and Expressway development. Moreover please note that this video also does not include some other important developments like Turbat University Gwadar, Gwadar Secretariat and different private housing projects that have done some outstanding development work.

Understanding the Govt goals for CPEC Phase 1 and Gwadar master plan, we should keep our expectations realistic. Since the biggest objective is to attract maximum capital investment specially in Industrial sector, all important measures and infrastructural development will be carried out within next 5 years.
