How to Convert 48v DC to 220v AC (5 KVA)

Dear viewers, In today's video I will show you 48v DC to 220v AC output. Normally I could have used a 48v inverter but inverter doesn't have long life and also not feasible for heavy load. The alternator could be driven by any engine but the noise and pollution would be a big factor. Since my channel is always green technology oriented so here I have used a high torque DC motor in place any engine.
Description of appliances used in this project:
1. Heavy duty single phase Crompton alternator.
2. DC motor 48v 3000w with controller.
3. Pully and belt (2:1)
4. Main DC source 48v 50Ah battery.

At 1500-1600 rpm the alternator works properly.
