THE RULES (complete from Death Nut company):

1. Flip the blister over and use your thumbnail to pierce the foil behind peanut #1. Push the peanut through, make sure your camera is filming and pop the peanut in your mouth. Now chew slowly and thoroughly for at least 30 seconds then swallow.

2. Pause for at least 90 seconds but no more than 180 seconds and allow the peppers to fully bloom before moving on to the next step.

3. Repeat Steps #1 & #2 for each of the remaining peanuts in sequence (example: #2 then #3, then #4, etc.) until you complete all 5 peanuts in the challenge. To defeat the challenge you must wait at least 5 minutes after eating the final Death Nut before drinking or eating anything else.

NO MILK, WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS ALLOWED (during challenge one assumes. No relief)
