Welcome to the next segment of our series - Conversations with our Collective Associates.

This week we’re going global and chatting with our latest Collective Associate, Howard Kuo, direct from Taiwan about his incredible experience in food and beverage hospitality.

A lot of Howard’s experience and knowledge are through his time with Nobu Associates LLC, as the General Manager and Creative Director. His career focused on hotels when he later joined Thompson Hotels as a Food and Beverage Director and then Director of Restaurants with Swire Hotels in The Upper House.

“Relationships are important. Every place I’ve opened, I’ve really developed a great team and I really look at every restaurant or hotel I’ve been involved with and the team I’ve built as a family. I think that transcends the guest experience when you create a team like that because people will feel that. Then when we’re working, we’re truly working together as a family.” Says Howard Kuo.
