This yard transformation turned into so much more than just cutting grass. 💔

A kind neighbor reached out to me about a sweet lady whose yard had gotten completely out of control. When I knocked on her door, I had no idea the story I was about to hear…
She’s blind. Her husband is disabled. And with her mower broken, she tried cutting her own grass with a mower with no motor until she hurt her shoulder. When I showed up, she was emotional, grateful, and thankful that someone cared enough to help.
What started as a simple yard cleanup became one of the most powerful projects I’ve ever done. The grass was so tall it stalled my mower, the walkway was unrecognizable, and the house was nearly hidden behind overgrowth. But the real story wasn’t in the yard it was in the conversation we had when I finished.
She thanked me in tears… and then she told me everything.
